Reiner Fuellmich is a German lawyer, Doctor of Laws, whose law firm is ranked among the top 20 in Germany.
In 2020 he was one of the very first to denounce the health crisis as a crime against humanity, political manipulation in the form of propaganda aimed at stunning the population and the destruction of democracy and the rule of law by creating chaos in the form of an epidemic of PCR tests often producing false positives.
In July 2020, he created the COPRO (Court of Public Opinion) and then created the Grand Jury (Corona Committee) which was intended to be a people's court, with the hearing of hundreds of professionals from various fields and nationalities so that they could attest to their expertise concerning the analysis of the crisis.
International complaints yielded no results because the magistrates were in the grip of fear and/or corrupt.
At the end of 2022, as Astrid Stückelberger testifies, he was ousted from his own committee. He bounced back by leaving for the United States in order to be able to continue his hearings in complete independence.
On October 11, 2023, while he was in Mexico with his wife and his papers had been stolen, he went to the Consulate and has been arrested at the airport of Tijuana with the complicity of the Mexican and German authorities (from Frankfurt). He was illegally extradited to Germany.
The first prosecutor in charge of the case refuses to continue the case considering that it does not hold up. Two other, young, prosecutors are then appointed and will maintain the 18 charges of which 16 cannot hold up. The goal is to eliminate Reiner Fuellmich both as a professional lawyer and as a politician( Basisdemokratische Partei Deutschland).
Kerstin Heusinger, a german journalist who has been following the case and was present at the hearings, described them as theatrical, unrealistic and not credible, and the judge's attitude changed significantly during the trial. She reported that Mr. Miseré referred to documents revealed by a whistleblower:
"Reiner Fuellmich must be put out of action at all costs, because he would be a danger to democracy and the constitution. It would even be necessary to construct false accusations, fabricate false evidence and false arguments so that Reiner Fuellmich can no longer practice his profession or hold a political position." Me Virginie de Araújo-Recchia confirms that Reiner Fuellmich's detention for more than 11 months is on the one hand illegal since pretrial detention in Germany is limited to 6 months but also that his conditions of detention are totally disproportionate, he is in a high security prison, often put in solitary confinement, his feet chained and his hands handcuffed, he was forbidden to go to the bedside of his dying mother, ... conditions worthy of the greatest criminal of all time even though the case does not hold up.
The funds, which he is being asked to return, were embezzled by the notary, for a fallacious reason, for the benefit of the private account of a lawyer linked to the two other lawyers who filed a complaint against Reiner Fuellmich but who were not part of the Corona committee (These three lawyers had not validated their integration into the committee).
Although the German justice system has recognized this embezzlement, it does not demand the return of the funds to Reiner Fuellmich.
In the video produced by Agora TV, Kerstin Heusinger, journalist present at the hearings in Germany, Me Virginie de Araújo-Recchia and Astrid Stückelberger who participated in the Grand Jury and know Me Reiner Fuellmich, appeal to public opinion, the only one capable of putting pressure on the German state to put an end to the injustice and physical and moral violence exercised against Reiner Fuellmich which is the worthy continuation of the actions of the Stasi against political opponents.
